WHAT PEOPLE SAY ABOUT THE CAMP
"Stayed over for my 10yr olds birthday camp out with friends at Lazy Lamb Venue. What an exceptional spot with beautiful views, great facilities and a nice dam for the boys to swim, canoe and fish. Toilets, showers, little kitchen area with gas stove, bar area and tables and chairs all under a stretch tent providing shade and cover from the rain. Peaceful and quiet. Perfect Venue for parties of all ages, year end functions, family and friends camping, weddings and events. Will definitely be back!"

"Camping Near Hoedspruit…not easy to find… We visited Bushwillow Creek in early April to camp at the Lazy Lamb. This is a wedding venue, but placing our small camper at the edge of the lake was perfect. A Fish Eagle perched nearby, and watched us as we opened up the van. For a change there were no other people. There was no noise pollution. There was no light pollution (so difficult to escape this one). The fireflies flitting and dancing over the water reflects no air pollution either. And the starts, absolutely beautiful. The morning walk was filled with birdsong, with unusual sightings. The little plunge pool solved the heat of the summer. So, if you are like us and try to get away from our fading planet, this venue is for you. And Lisa made it all so pleasant."

“It feels like you have been transported into a well kept secret. This is the perfect little spot for family and friends to wind down and enjoy some good time in nature. The facilities are comfortable and the tents locations on the water makes it beyond magical. We had the absolute best time celebrating my birthday as a finale to the weekend and on the Sunday we could rent out the Venue for the whole day for our friends to join us.It was bliss, with 44 adults and kids. I highly recommend a good swim in the dam for both young and old. Good time spent and wonderful memories made”

“We had such an amazing weekend. Thank you so so much. The tents are absolutely amazing! Everyone raved about it. The kids loved every moment. The dam, boats etc were a hit. We even managed to catch a fish! The smaller kids played in the pool non-stop and Zak (tractor driver) took all the small kids on a little loop. Amazing Amazing Amazing.”

Farm Tour “Hello Lisa and Dan, thank you so much for the interesting and enjoyable farm tour last Sunday. Wow, you guys are doing cool things to build your soils and provide a healthy food product. You’re true innovators. Congratulations on improving your soil and being so resourceful making biochar and leaky weirs too. I learnt so much. Here’s to changing the world one ranch at a time.”
